Terms of Service

Visito (the "Service") is operated by Armin Keshani (SIRET 85044979400021). The Service provides local businesses with a brand-home, commerce tools, AI content generation, and a global discovery layer.

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials safe, and enable 2FA within 14 days for business-owner accounts. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You may not use Visito to:

• list illegal goods or services, fraud, gambling without a license, weapons, adult content;
• impersonate another business or person;
• generate AI content depicting real persons without consent;
• scrape, reverse-engineer, or otherwise abuse the platform;
• send spam, harass, or harm other users.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Top-up credits are valid 12 months from purchase (subscription credits roll over 90 days). Refunds are at our discretion within 14 days of purchase if no credits have been consumed.

The 14-day trial includes 5 AI image credits. All AI generators beyond this allowance require a paid subscription.

Stripe Connect processes payments. The Service charges a 2% application fee on native checkout transactions and 0% on Shopify-sync orders. Payouts land in your connected bank account on Stripe's standard schedule.

You retain ownership of everything you upload — photos, menu copy, generated assets. You grant Visito a non-exclusive licence to host, display, transform (resize, format shift), and translate your content for the purpose of operating the Service.

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Armin Keshani is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Direct damages are capped at the amount paid in the 12 months preceding the incident.

You may close your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms after written notice, except in cases of fraud or imminent harm.

Material changes notified by email 30 days in advance. Disputes settled in the courts of Nice, France, under French law.
